MH Architects secured planning permission for Parsonage Farm, Sunley Estates Ltd for Phase Two of this Greenfield development following a planning appeal. The development embodies the principles of PPG3 Housing, with particular attention being paid to achieving a density of 30 dwellings per hectare without compromising the sense of openness within this high quality design.
The scheme sits in a wonderful setting and is arranged to allow views out to the ever changing landscape. Views into the scheme are made just as interesting by a rich palette of materials and a wide range of unit sizes sensitively distributed across the site. Many of the homes borrow design cues from the older buildings of Henfield, around spaces of real character.
We have since undertaken further work on this site for Phase 3, which has now been completed.
