MH Architects were approached to design and co-ordinate the construction of new headquarters in Wareham, Dorset for Purbeck Housing Trust. The building would be to undertake the day to day operations of the Trust, a member of Synergy Housing Group.
The 1,000 sq ft building enjoys views across a marshland flood plain and the River Piddle to the west which has been designated Special Protection Area and Internationally Important Conservation Site.
The lightweight, steel framed nature of construction allowed the building to be speedily erected and accommodated; a paramount objective set by the client within the brief.
