Building upon a series of completed projects at The Angmering School MH Architects were engaged to complete an extensive feasibility study to examine the potential redevelopment of significant area of the existing campus and buildings. This together with a related study by MH Architects into Modern Methods of Construction led to a full service commission to provide a new General Teaching/Sixth Form Centre and ICT Teaching and Library Resource Centre refurbishment.
The School has a high proportion of children with disabilities and special educational needs. Inclusive design principles are therefore integral to the design.
The £1.9 million contract was completed in 2010.
