This project established a benchmark for industrial regeneration in the Chichester area. The site housed a series of dilapidated industrial sheds. We were commissioned to provide a design for re-cladding the remaining frames as well as a new building.
Evaluated as BREEAM ‘very good’ at design stage, this scheme incorporated significant measures to control methane gas. We consulted the Environment Agency throughout the project to achieve the most appropriate outcome.
MH Architects were involved throughout the project and acted as contract administrator during construction.
